Integrated Capital Services Limited (ICSL) is one of Nigeria's foremost investment and financing institutions set up by Chartered Bank in 1989 and commenced business in 1990.

ICSL had been managed by Chartered Bank Plc for over 17 years and more recently by IBTC Chartered Bank Plc, following the merger of IBTC and Chartered Bank.

Recently, Investcorp Capital Limited (a private equity firm) acquired IBTC Chartered Bank’s majority stake in the company and subsequently assumed management control while maintaining strong and cordial relationship with its founding institution.
